good-bye allergies

According to Professor David Garrod, allergies in adults could be conquered within five years:
“The drugs we are developing – called Allergen Delivery Inhibitors (ADIs) – are designed to disable these allergens so they can no longer eat through the protective cell layer and block the allergic reaction before it occurs.
The effect will be like avoiding […]

Google Checkout

I was doing some research into why I couldn’t access Google’s city-wide wi-fi in San Francisco when Andrea and I were there and I came across a recent Google blog post that referenced Google Checkout (it was only in the my RSS feed and not on the actual blog post). I don’t know how long […]

The big phone and cable TV companies want Congress’s permission to create a new, unprecedented regulatory bureaucracy on the […]

Google Web Toolkit

This release could be one of their best and most important yet.
Google Web Toolkit (GWT) is a Java software development framework that makes writing AJAX applications like Google Maps and Gmail easy for developers who don’t speak browser quirks as a second language. Writing dynamic web applications today is a tedious and error-prone process; […]

BloggersPub

There is a new website in town — BloggersPub.com. I have recently been asked by my Seattle friend John, to host the Phoenix feed for this growing site. Here’s the basic philosophy behind the site:
Phoenix.BloggersPub is an aggregator of the blogs of residents in the Phoenix metro area. With the variety of voices represented, it […]
